Ophrys linearis (MOGGR. 1869) P.DELFORGE, DEVILLERS & DEVILLERS-TERSCH. (2000), auch Ophrys pseudoscolopax (MOGGR. 1869) PAULUS & GACK (1999) genannt, ist die kleine frühe Hummelragwurz mit spitzen Petalen aus küstennahen Biotopen der Provence und wohl auch des nordwestlichsten Teils des benachbarten Italien.
In seinem Buch 'Les Orchidées sauvages de France' (2004) ordnete Remy Souche auch die kleinblütigen, aus der italienischen Provinz Emilia Romagna beschriebenen Ophrys holoserica subsp. lorenae der Ophrys linearis zu, eine Auffassung, der ich nicht folgen kann.

Ophrys linearis (MOGGR. 1869) P.DELFORGE, DEVILLERS & DEVILLERS-TERSCH. (2000), also called Ophrys pseudoscolopax (MOGGR. 1869) PAULUS & GACK (1999), is the small early holoserica with sharp petals from sites near the coast of the Provence and most probably of the most North-Western part of neighboring Italy.
In his book 'Les Orchidées sauvages de France' (2004) assigned Remy Souche also the small flowered Ophrys holoserica subsp. lorenae, which has been described from Emilia Romagna in Italy, to Ophrys linearis, but I can't follow this apprehension.
