Von der Flora Europaea wird Pinguicula hirtiflora als Art geführt. Doch in neuerer Literatur gilt sie als Unterart von Pinguicula crystallina aus Zypern, was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, da die Pflanzen sehr unterschiedlich sind. Vielleicht stellen die Pinguicula hirtiflora-Populationen, die von den französischen Alpen bis zu griechischen Gebirgen angegeben werden, nicht alle dieselbe Art dar.

Pinguicula hirtiflora is treated as a species by the Flora Europaea. But in later literature it is taken as subspecies of Pinguicula crystallina from Cyprus, which I can't understand because the plants are very different. Perhaps the Pinguicula hirtiflora populations, which are mentioned between the French Alpes and Greek mountains, aren't the same species.
