Die Valven der Unterart sylvestris des Stumpfblättrigen Ampfers Rumex obtusifolius sind ganzrandig oder besitzen nur sehr kurze Zähne. Bei den anderen Unterarten sind die Zähne deutlich länger. Die Blätter von Rumex obtusifolius subsp. sylvestris sind groß und glänzend. Diese Unterart ist eine osteuropäische Pflanze, die in Mitteleuropa ihre westliche Verbreitungsgrenze erreicht. The valves of subspecies sylvestris of the Broad-Leaved Dock Rumex obtusifolius are entire or have only very short teeth. The teeth of the other subspecies are much longer. The leaves of Rumex obtusifolius subsp. sylvestris are tall and glossy. This subspecies is an Eastern-European plant, which in Central Europe reaches the Western limit of its distribution area. | ||
