Fumana ericifolia hat besonders lange schlanke Blätter, und keine Nebenblätter. Die Pflanze ist zumindest im oberen Teil etwas behaart. Die Blütenstängel tragen nur eine Blüte. Die von mir in Ligurien fotografierten Pflanzen passen sehr gut zu Fumana ericifolia, auch einige Haare sind in den Originalen der Fotos dieser Seite zu sehen. In vielen älteren Publikationen wird Fumana ericifolia gar nicht von Fumana ericoides unterschieden.
In Michael Hasslers World Plants werden nur Spanien, Andorra, Portugal und einige nordafrikanische Länder als Verbreitungsgebiet genannt, doch in der Flora Croatica Database wird Fumana ericifolia (und nicht Fumana ericoides wie in anderen Quellen) als in Kroatien vorkommend angegeben, und in der Flora Italiana werden beide Arten als in fast ganz Italien vorkommend angegeben. Tela Botanica zeigt für Fumana ericifolia wenige über Südfrankreich verteilte Fundpunkte.

Fumana ericifolia has particularly long, slender leaves, and no secondary leaves. The plant is somewhat hairy, at least in the upper part. The flower stalks only bear one flower. The plants which I photographed in Liguria are matching very good for Fumana ericifolia, some hairs can also be seen in the original photos of the images shown in this site. In many older publications Fumana ericifolia is not differentiated from Fumana ericoides.
