Der Ockergelbe Braundickkopffalter Thymelicus sylvestris besucht die Wohlriechende Händelwurz Gymnadenia odoratissima,
um Nektar aus dem Sporn der Blüten zu saugen. Auf dem mittleren Bild sieht man ein Pollenpaket, das am Rüssel des Schmetterlings klebt.

Der Ockergelbe Braundickkopffalter Thymelicus sylvestris ♂ versucht, ein Pollinium vom Rüssel abzustreifen.
Ein anderes Pollenpaket wurde bereits zwischen die Blütenblätter des Löwenzahns Leontodon hispidus subsp. glabratus abgestreift.

Der Gemeine Scheckenfalter Mellicta athalia ist wohl nur ein Besucher, kein Bestäuber der Wohlriechenden Händelwurz Gymnadenia odoratissima,
jedenfalls habe ich kein Saugen vom Nektar der Orchidee und keine Entnahme von Pollenpaketen beobachtet.

at least I didn't observe sucking of the orchid's nectar or taking of pollines. |

hat aber keine Möglichkeit, Nektar aus dem Sporn zu entnehmen, da ihr Rüssel nicht lang genug ist.
