Das Garten-Stiefmütterchen verwildert relativ häufig, z.B. auf Friedhöfen oder an Wegrändern bei Kleingärten. Die Blüten werden dann oft mit jeder Generation kleiner, sodass sie sich dann wieder den Blütendimensionen der Eltern-Arten annähern. Gezüchtet wurde das Garten-Stiefmütterchen aus Viola tricolor, Viola lutea und Viola altaica. Relative often the Garden Pansy runs wild, e.g. near cemeteries or paths in garden colonies. Usually the blooms become then smaller with every generation, so they approximate to the bloom dimensions of the parent species again. The Garden Pansy has been cultured from Viola tricolor, Viola lutea, and Viola altaica. | ||
