Spergularia marina has typically 5 stamens (2 to 9), while Spergularia rubra, Spergularia media, and Spergularia rupicola typically have 10 stamens (6 to 10). At Spergularia marina the colored petals are shorter than the sepals, and the sepals carry glandular hairs. What I haven't verified yet is that Spergularia marina flowers should have black dots between the sepals when viewed from below. | ||
