Die Hybride zwischen der Lydischen Sternhyazinthe Chionodoxa luciliae und Siehes Sternhyazinthe Chionodoxa siehei ist ein beliebter Frühjahrblüher in Gärten, der sich wohl auch vermehren kann. Von Chionodoxa siehei kommt die weiße Mitte und die flache Form der Blüte, während die wenigen Blüten pro Pflanze und die Größe der Blüten aus dem Erbteil von Chionodoxa luciliae stammen.

The hybrid between Boissier's Glory-of-the-Snow Chionodoxa luciliae and Siehe's Glory-of-the-Snow Chionodoxa siehei is a favorite spring flower for gardens, which seems able to propagate. The white middle and the flat form of the blossom comes from Chionodoxa siehei, while the small number of blossoms per stem and big size of the blossom are a heritage of Chionodoxa luciliae.
