Etymology:
	Pellia:		Leopoldo Pelli-Fabroni (1783 - 1822), Advocate from Florence and friend of Giuseppe Raddi
	epiphylla:		epi = on, phyllon = leaf (the sporogons are standing upright on the thallus)
