Der frühere Gattungsname Chrysanthemum wurde für die gärtnerisch genutzten Chrysanthemen um Chrysanthemum indicum konserviert. Die abgebildeten Wildpflanzen aus dem Mittelmeergebiet wurden der Gattung Glebionis zugeordnet.
Die normalen zweifarbigen Blüten gehören zu Glebionis coronarium var. discolor. Auf dem linken Bild sind auch wenige ganz gelb blühende Glebionis coronarium var. coronarium zu sehen, wie auch auf den Bildern von Lesbos und Zypern.

The former genus name Chrysanthemum has been conserved for the plants of the Chrysanthemum indicum group, which are grown in gardens. The shown wild Crown Daisies from the Mediterranean lyhave been assigned to genus Glebionis.
The normally two-colored blossom belongs to Glebionis coronarium var. discolor. On the left image few Glebionis coronarium var. coronarium with completely yellow flower can be seen, too, as on the photos from Lesbos and Cyprus.
