Etymology:
   Agrostemma:   agros = field, stemma = wreath
   linicola:   growing between flax
 

The Botanical Garden of the University of Mainz (Germany) contains a small flax field in order to preserve the weeds that are specialized on flax, which have almost died out since flax isn't grown anymore.
