Viele Bäume der Rosskastanie Aesculus hippocastanum werden von der Miniermotte Cameraria ohridella geschädigt, die die Blätter vorzeitig braun werden läßt. Ein extremes Beispiel sahen wir in Motovun (Istrien, Kroatien), wo einer der geschädigten Bäume im August Notblüten austrieb (letztes Bild). Many trees of the Horse Chestnut Aesculus hippocastanum are damaged by the Leaf-Miner Moth Cameraria ohridella geschädigt, which causes the leaves to become brown prematurely. We saw an extreme example in Motovun (Istria, Croatia) where one of the damaged trees grew flowers from distress in August (last photo). | ||
